In order to use the Fast Print Services website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email.
Any information collected by Fast Print Services is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.
Any details collected from Fast Print Services' customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

Fast Print Services uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as Emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. Fast Print Services may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

Fast Print Services operates the FPS Quote App, an internal tool used by authorised staff to review enquiries, prepare estimates and keep quote records. Customers do not need an account to use it.
Information we handle. When the dedicated quote inbox is connected, the app reads messages received at fpsquotesapp@gmail.com, including sender and recipient details, subject lines, message text, attachments and email metadata. It keeps a private copy of the original message and an extracted review record. Staff may add or correct customer details, specifications, prices, notes and workflow decisions. Saved quotes retain their revision history.
How we use it. We use this information to identify and review enquiries, calculate and prepare estimates, refer back to the original request, and maintain quote history. Automated extraction suggests details for staff to check; staff remain responsible for reviewing the quote. The Gmail connection is read-only: the app does not send email, mark messages as read, label them or delete them. Customer quotes are sent manually outside the app.
Storage and access. Enquiry copies, attachments and quote records are held in private hosted storage and protected backups. Access to the staff app is restricted to authorised Fast Print Services personnel. Google provides the mailbox; Netlify and Render provide parts of the hosted app. These providers may process information outside Australia. We do not sell Gmail data or use it for advertising.
Retention and requests. We retain captured enquiries, attachments, quotes and backups. The mailbox owner can revoke the app’s Google access, which stops new collection but does not automatically erase records already captured. To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern, contact glen@fastprintservices.com.au. We will review the request, including any business or legal recordkeeping requirements.
Our use of information received through Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We will update this policy if the app’s data handling changes.

The FPS Quote App is an internal quoting tool operated by Fast Print Services. Access is limited to staff and other people expressly authorised by Fast Print Services. It is not a public customer ordering or payment service.
Authorised users must protect their sign-in details, use the app only for Fast Print Services business, check extracted enquiry details against the original request, and handle customer information in accordance with the FPS Quote App Privacy Policy.
The app provides working estimates and saved quote records for staff review. Using the app does not automatically send an estimate to a customer, accept an order, or create a customer contract. Customer communication and acceptance remain manual. Any terms governing a customer’s print order are separate from these app terms.
Fast Print Services may correct errors, update the app or restrict access when needed to operate it securely. For questions about access or these terms, contact glen@fastprintservices.com.au.

Fast Print Services uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY pro-cesses online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data center, further protecting your credit card data.
- eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
- eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Fast Print Services.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via same day courier or over night
courier services within 1-5 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
If you have not received your goods within 5 working days please contact us on 02 8203 1800 or sales@fastprintservices.com.au so we can investigate for you.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately. Returns are accepted if goods are not supplied as per your order or are of an unreasonable quality. If you are not happy please email us in writing to jo@fastprintservices.com.au and return the complete product within 7 days of receipt.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been damaged or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Fast Print Services will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
