Memorial stationery checklist
1. Order of service
As your guests arrive, it is customary to hand out orders of service so your guests know what to expect during the service. Things to include are the words of any hymns or songs and references to readings and poems that your participants will be delivering.
The order of service can be a simple, small A4 or A5 card, a folded brochure or perhaps even a little booklet with pages and a saddle stitch (staples in the middle). We have many examples of orders of service catering to a variety of tastes. Take a look at our gallery, use our templates or feel free to give one of our friendly graphic designers a call to take you through this process. Often, a short message and a photo are included in the order of service.
It is also increasingly popular to have a photo of your loved one on display at the ceremony. We can print and mount high quality images in various sizes on a number of different poster stocks.
2. Guest books
Would you like a personalised book that your guests can write messages of love, remembrance, and wellwishes to the family for you to treasure? We have a range of hard and soft back books that you will treasure forever.
3. Thank you cards
Funeral thank you cards can be a special way of thanking the loved ones, families, and friends of who attended a funeral or memorial service and those who sent flowers or gifts. Thank you cards are often printed with a photo and personal message.
4. Memorial booklets
We find these to be a popular remembrance item that can be conveniently mailed to friends and family who couldn’t attend the service. We also have templates for bookmarks here or you can design your own. Bookmarks can be made with or without ribbon.
Our designers carefully typeset your memorial booklet with clear headings for the order of service, readings and hymns. We balance photo pages and captions, add space for tributes, and include a simple thank-you message at the end.
5. Funeral in loving memory cards
Perhaps just a little card with a photo and a poem is all you need to remember your loved one. A perfect memento and bespoke keepsake for you to distribute to all those who have offered support and kind words at this difficult time.
6. Wedding signage and display
Bring your day together with wedding signage and displays printed in-house at our Alexandria studio. We’ll match the colours, typefaces and motifs from your invitation suite so every piece—from the ceremony entrance to the last dance—feels beautifully cohesive.
