This service is best suited to print-ready folded brochures in A4, A5, DL, and A6 formats, with common options such as 4pp and 6pp. If your artwork is ready to print and the specifications are suitable for digital production, we can advise whether same-day printing, pickup or Sydney courier delivery is available.
For larger quantities, premium finishes, offset printing or more complex brochure projects, please see our main brochure printing page. This express page is focused on fast digital brochure printing for urgent deadlines.
Our express brochure printing service is designed for Sydney businesses, agencies, event organisers and marketing teams that need folded brochures produced quickly.
Digital printing is ideal for short runs, tight deadlines and last-minute brochure requirements. It allows us to produce high-quality full-colour brochures without the longer setup times required for offset printing.
Same-day brochure printing is usually best suited to simple folded formats, standard paper stocks and print-ready artwork. More complex jobs, unusual stocks, heavy coverage, specialty finishes or large quantities may require extra production time.
If your job is urgent, call our team before sending artwork so we can check production availability and confirm the best option.
Standard sizes, straightforward folds, available digital stocks and print-ready artwork give urgent brochure jobs the best chance of being produced quickly.
Our standard stock for many same-day brochure jobs is 170gsm satin, subject to availability. Other stocks may also be available depending on the specifications and production schedule.
A brochure is a printed sheet that is folded to create multiple panels. We describe brochures by their finished size and number of printed panels—for example, a double-sided sheet folded once creates a 4pp brochure.
If you need an unfolded printed sheet, see our Same Day Flyer Printing Sydney page. For stapled or bound multipage work, see our Booklet Printing Sydney page.
For urgent delivery, we can arrange direct courier options once your brochures are ready. Standard courier services are also available from our Alexandria factory. Need it NOW! We use Uber to deliver on-demand printing with very tight delivery deadlines.
Our Couriers are fast too: Standard delivery times from our factory in Alexandria.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on production completion, courier availability, traffic and the delivery address. Please confirm urgent production and delivery requirements with our team before ordering.

If you are unsure about the folding setup, send us your artwork and we can check it before printing.
Express digital brochure printing is ideal when you need professional folded brochures without waiting for a longer offset print run. It is especially useful for presentations, sales meetings, product launches, events, conferences, property inspections and last-minute marketing campaigns.
Because digital printing has faster setup than offset printing, it is well suited to smaller quantities and urgent deadlines. You can print only what you need, update artwork more easily and avoid holding large amounts of old stock.
Fast brochure printing also gives you flexibility. If your event details, pricing, product information or campaign message changes, a short-run digital brochure can be updated and reprinted quickly.
For urgent jobs, keeping the brochure format simple is often the best approach. Standard sizes, common folds, print-ready artwork and available paper stocks help reduce production time and give your job the best chance of being printed quickly.
For urgent digital brochure printing, the fastest options are usually standard folded brochure sizes.
Common express brochure formats include:
Standard sizes, common folds and available in-house stocks will usually give you the best chance of a faster turnaround.
For more detail about folds and printed panels, see our brochure folding options below.
Same-day brochure printing depends on artwork, quantity, stock, folding and production availability. The more standard the job, the easier it is to produce quickly.
Print-ready artwork is one of the most important factors. Your file should include bleed, correct sizing, high-resolution images and fold-safe margins. If the artwork needs design changes, resizing or major corrections, this can affect turnaround.
The brochure format also matters. Simple half-fold and tri-fold brochures are generally faster to produce than complex folds, unusual sizes or heavy finishing requirements.
Paper stock can also affect timing. Standard digital stocks are usually faster, while specialty papers, heavy boards, celloglaze, foil, die cutting or other embellishments may add extra production time.
If you need delivery, please allow time for the courier pickup and travel. For the fastest result, many Sydney clients choose to collect from our Alexandria factory or a ange a direct courier once the job is ready.
There are lots of ways printers "name" their brochures; for example, we have a map fold, cross fold, crash folds, 6ppDL, 8pp A5, Gate Fold, to name but a few. To make things even more confusing, an A4 to DL brochure, 6pp DL & Tri fold A4, are all the same brochure... Confused?
We name our brochures by the finished size (after folding), and the PP is the number of printed panels after folding. So a double-sided panel is 2pp. The abbreviation pp refers to those printed panel faces. For example, an A4 sheet printed on both sides and folded into thirds makes a 6pp DL brochure.
For urgent work, confirm the fold, stock and quantity with our team before assuming same-day availability. More complex folds may require extra time.
If you need flat printing, see our flyer printing page. For stapled or bound documents, see booklet printing.
The following finishing services are normally available, but some options require additional production time. Please confirm your deadline before assuming a finishing process can be completed the same day.
For the fastest option, ask us to check standard printing and folding first, then confirm any extra finishing against your deadline.
At Fast Print Services, we understand that urgent brochure jobs often come with tight deadlines, changing details and pressure to get everything right the first time.
Our team can quickly check your artwork, confirm whether your brochure is suitable for express digital printing, recommend practical stock and folding options, and advise on pickup or courier delivery.
If the job can be produced the same day, we will guide you through the fastest path. If it needs more time due to quantity, finishing or artwork setup, we will let you know early and recommend the best alternative.
