1. Order of service
As your guests arrive, it is customary to hand out orders of service so your guests know what to expect during the service. Things to include are the words of any hymns or songs and references to readings and poems that your participants will be delivering.
The order of service can be a simple, small A4 or A5 card, a folded brochure or perhaps even a little booklet with pages and a saddle stitch (staples in the middle).
