Flyer Printing Sydney

Fast digital and offset flyer printing for A4, A5, A6, DL and custom flyers, a wide range of quality paper stocks, finishes, design help and Sydney delivery options.

Custom Flyer Printing in Sydney

Fast Print Services prints custom flyers in Sydney for promotions, events, menus, handouts, product launches, local campaigns and business marketing. Whether you need a small digital run, a larger offset print run or help choosing the right size and stock, our team can recommend a practical option based on your quantity, deadline and budget.

Flyers are flat printed sheets, usually supplied single-sided or double-sided without folding. They are commonly printed in A4, A5, A6, DL and custom sizes, with options for coated, uncoated, gloss, satin, matt, recycled and premium paper stocks.

We offer digital flyer printing for shorter runs and tighter deadlines, and offset flyer printing for larger quantities where unit price becomes more important. Finishing options such as celloglaze, foiling, die cutting, scoring, perforating, rounded corners and specialty stocks can also be added when you want your flyers to feel more premium or campaign-specific.

We offer same-day and next-day printing services in Sydney; however, the longer you give us to print your flyers, the cheaper the price will be. The number of flyers and available turnaround time will determine whether we print your files digitally or offset.

Flyers are flat sheets of paper printed single or double-sided. They are not folded (a folded flyer is called a brochure).

Flyer Printing Sydney

Make your message unforgettable with sharp, high‑contrast colours printed on rich paper that captures attention at a glance. Whether you’re refreshing a product, announcing an event or running a local promotion, our printers deliver striking fidelity and polish every single time. Sydney businesses rely on our custom flyer printing to reflect their brand voice and purpose, making each printed piece feel more like a brand asset than a handout.

A4, A5, A6, DL and custom flyer sizes

We find the most popular sizes for flyers are:

  • A4 flyer (297x210mm)
  • A5 flyer (half an A4, 148x210mm)
  • A6 flyer (quarter of an A4, 105x148mm)
  • DL flyer (210x99mm)
  • A7 flyer (74x105mm)
  • VIP card (90x55mm)

The best size depends on how much information you need to include, how the flyer will be distributed and the type of campaign you are running.

The standard stocks we use for flyer printing are:

  • 150gsm satin, gloss or laser (uncoated)
  • 300gsm satin, gloss or laser (uncoated)
  • For an extra special finish, we can celloglaze your flyer. Celloglaze (also called laminate) is a film that is applied to the paper after printing to give a matte or gloss finish.

What We Need for a Flyer Printing Quote

To quote your flyer printing job accurately, it helps to know the size, quantity, stock, artwork status and deadline. If you are not sure about any of the details, send through what you have and our team can recommend the most practical option.

  • Finished size: Let us know whether you need A4, A5, A6, DL, A7, square, VIP card size or a custom flyer size. If the flyer needs to fit a display stand, envelope, menu holder or specific campaign format, include those details too.
  • Quantity: Tell us how many flyers you need. Smaller quantities are often best suited to digital printing, while larger quantities may be more cost-effective with offset printing.
  • Single-sided or double-sided: Let us know whether the flyer needs print on one side or both sides. Double-sided flyers are useful when you need extra room for menus, maps, event details, pricing, service lists or product information.
  • Stock preference: If you already know the paper stock, include the weight, finish or stock type. If not, we can recommend options such as gloss, satin, matt, uncoated, recycled, lightweight handout stocks or heavier premium stocks.
  • Digital or offset printing: If you already know which print method you want, let us know. If not, we can recommend digital or offset printing based on your quantity, deadline, budget and finish requirements.
  • Custom trimming or die cutting: Tell us if the flyer needs a custom trim size, rounded corners, die cutting, perforating, scoring, folding, foiling, celloglaze or another specialty finish.
  • Artwork supplied or design help needed: Let us know whether you have print-ready artwork or need help with design, layout, resizing or file setup. A print-ready PDF with bleed, embedded fonts and high-resolution images is usually best.
  • Deadline and delivery postcode: Include when you need the flyers and where they need to go. This helps us confirm whether pickup, Sydney courier delivery, express production or packed freight is the best option.

The more information you provide upfront, the faster we can prepare a clear flyer printing quote and recommend the best production option for your job.

Flyer Printing Options for Different Budgets

If you are working to a budget, we can help compare digital and offset flyer printing options based on your size, quantity, stock and deadline. Smaller digital runs are useful for fast jobs, while larger offset runs can reduce the unit cost when there is more production time available.

We can also recommend practical ways to keep the job cost-effective, such as choosing a standard flyer size, adjusting the paper stock, simplifying the finish or increasing the quantity to improve the unit price.

Benefits of Flyer Printing in Sydney

Flyers remain one of the most practical ways to promote a business, event, offer or local campaign. They are quick to produce, easy to distribute and flexible enough to suit everything from small handouts to larger promotional runs.

  • Cost-effective marketing: Flyers are economical to print, especially when the size, stock and quantity are matched to the campaign.
  • Flexible quantities: Short-run digital flyers are useful for urgent jobs, while larger offset runs can reduce the unit cost when you need higher volumes.
  • Multiple size options: A4, A5, A6, DL, A7, square and custom flyer sizes can be selected depending on how much information you need to include.
  • Single or double-sided printing: Use one side for simple offers or both sides when you need extra room for menus, maps, event details, pricing or product information.
  • Paper stock choices: Choose from lightweight handout stocks, heavier card stocks, coated papers, uncoated papers, recycled options and premium finishes.
  • Finishing options: Celloglaze, foiling, die cutting, scoring, perforating and rounded corners can make a flyer more durable, useful or attention-grabbing.
  • Sydney pickup and delivery: Flyers can be collected from our Alexandria factory or delivered locally by courier, depending on your deadline.

A well-planned flyer can support local promotions, event marketing, hospitality menus, retail offers, real estate campaigns, product launches and community announcements.

Flyers Finishing Options

Various finishes can be applied to both digital and offset printing. These include: Matte/Gloss Celloglaze, Spot UV Varnish, Embossing, Foiling, Die Cutting, Scoring, perforating, Special PMS colours, Rounded corners and hole punching. Additional time is often required for each finishing process. Prices and turnarounds are available upon application.

  • Celloglazing: Is a thin laminate coating that not only makes your printing look and feel great, but also makes it thicker and more rigid & increases longevity.
  • Spot UV: High-gloss spot UV is excellent for depicting single words, your logo, or particular images.
  • Scoring/Folding: Scoring makes folding easier on heavy card and reduces the chance of the ink cracking on the folded area.
  • Foiling: Available in multiple colours, but most common in metallic gold and silver for that regal look. Great on cards and flyers.
  • Die Cutting: Add an extra dimension to your print by cutting it to shape. Just about any shape is possible.
  • Embossing and Debossing: Add a third dimension to your printing with embossing and debossing.
  • Letterpress: Old school but popular for weddings. PMS ink and pressed into an indent, usually thicker and uncoated stocks
  • Laser cutting: Cutting items to a bespoke shape. More cost-effective for small quantities than die cutting. Smooth stocks only
  • Perforations: Make it easier for your customers to redeem your promotions by tearing out tickets.
  • Drilling: Perfect for swing tags & folder inserts, not just for fashion designers.

What to Consider Before Ordering Flyer Printing

The best flyer printing option depends on how the flyer will be used, how many you need, how quickly you need them and what impression you want to create. Before ordering, it helps to think through the size, stock, artwork, finish and distribution method.

  • Flyer size: A5 and DL are popular for handouts, menus and local promotions. A4 gives more space for detailed information, while A6 and A7 are compact options for cards, vouchers and smaller campaigns.
  • Quantity: Smaller quantities are usually best produced digitally. Larger quantities may be better suited to offset printing if you have more time and want a lower unit cost.
  • Single or double-sided print: Single-sided flyers suit simple messages, while double-sided flyers are useful for menus, event details, maps, service lists and campaign information.
  • Paper stock: Lightweight stocks are practical for mass handouts, while heavier stocks feel more premium and are better suited to cards, invitations, vouchers and brand-focused flyers.
  • Finish: Gloss, satin, matt, uncoated and celloglazed finishes all create a different feel. The right finish depends on the design, use and budget.
  • Artwork setup: Supply a print-ready PDF with high-resolution images, embedded fonts, CMYK colour and bleed for edge-to-edge printing.
  • Turnaround: Same-day or express digital flyer printing may be possible for suitable jobs, but larger offset runs, specialty finishes and die-cut flyers usually need more production time.
  • Distribution method: Flyers for letterbox drops, handouts, counter displays, events and menus may need different sizes, paper weights and finishes.

If you are unsure what to choose, send us the quantity, size, artwork, deadline and how the flyers will be used. We can recommend a practical flyer printing option before quoting.

Fast Flyer Printing with Clear Production Advice

If you need flyers quickly, the best option depends on the quantity, artwork, stock, finish and delivery requirements. Short-run digital flyer printing is usually the fastest option, while larger offset runs and specialty finishes need more production time.

For urgent jobs, send your artwork, size, quantity, stock preference and deadline as early as possible. If the job is suitable, we can confirm whether same-day, next-day or express flyer printing is available. If the deadline is tight, we may also suggest a different stock, size, finish or print method to help keep the job achievable.

Fast Print Services works with businesses, agencies, hospitality venues, events, schools, retailers and local organisations that need flyers printed quickly and accurately. Pickup is available from our Alexandria factory, and local courier delivery can be arranged depending on the job and deadline.

Local flyer printing in Sydney

Fast Print Services is based in Alexandria, Sydney, with pickup available and local courier delivery across Sydney for flyer printing jobs. If you already know the size, quantity, stock and deadline, send through the details and we can recommend the best production approach for your job.

Flyer printing jobs can be collected from our Alexandria factory or delivered by courier, depending on the size, quantity, deadline and delivery location. Local Sydney courier delivery is available for many digital and offset flyer printing jobs, including A4, A5, A6, DL and custom flyer sizes.

For urgent flyer orders, pickup or local courier delivery is often the most practical option. Larger offset flyer runs, specialty finishes or jobs requiring packing may need additional production and dispatch time.
